Charlotte County Public Schools uses a semi-monthly pay structure for all full-time employees. This ensures annual compensation is distributed evenly across 24 pay periods, including during scheduled breaks.

Note: This tool is designed for employees who begin work on the first contract day of the school year. Late hires may receive different pay amounts.
Calculation Details
- Adjusted Contract Days = (Remaining Paychecks ÷ 24) × Contract Days
- Annualized Salary = Hours per Day × Adjusted Contract Days × Hourly Rate
- Semi-Monthly Gross Pay = Annualized Salary ÷ Remaining Paychecks
- Remaining Summer Checks = June/July pay dates after selected date (if applicable)
