What are interns saying about their experience?
“Amazing! I had a well-rounded experience and received the support I needed.” – Jenna Poulsen
“My internship experience was well-rounded and offered a wide variety of opportunities for growth and reflection as a practitioner. I was able to complete roughly 60 evaluations (gifted, re-evaluations, and initials), and I gained confidence in play therapy and counseling sessions. I enjoyed the autonomy that was provided to me and the ability to collaborate with my colleagues.” – Amanda Taggart
“My overall internship experience this year was amazing! I am so happy I chose this district for my internship as I feel that I learned so much more than I even expected to due to the independence and trust that was given to me.” – Andrea Warren
“Overall, my internship experience was great! I feel like I was exposed to a ton of things that some interns don’t get the chance to do (crisis response, risk/threat assessment, MTSS team).” – Alexa Petrie
