Charlotte County Public Schools is committed to preparing every student to be turnkey ready upon graduation. This means students are prepared with the academic standing, certifications, skills, or enlistment qualifications needed to move confidently into the next phase of life.

The 3E Mission

The 3E framework helps students explore and prepare for one of three pathways after graduation: Enroll, Employ, or Enlist.

ENROLL

Prepare for continued education at a college, university, technical school, or other postsecondary program.

EMPLOY

Prepare to enter the workforce with high-demand skills, work experience, and industry-recognized certifications.

ENLIST

Your 3E Checklist

Each pathway includes a specific 3E checklist designed to help students become turnkey ready by graduation. The checklist identifies required activities, artifacts, and grade-level timelines that guide students as they prepare for their selected pathway.
