Charlotte County, FL – Charlotte County Public Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Daryl Konrardy as the new principal of Deep Creek Elementary School.

Konrardy brings more than two decades of educational experience to his new role. He most recently served as Assistant Principal at Vineland Elementary School, an A-rated school in Englewood, where he played a vital role in maintaining the school’s high academic standards.

“I'm honored to have the opportunity to work with Deep Creek’s talented and high-performing staff,” said Konrardy. “I’m excited to meet and collaborate with the Deep Creek families and community to continue providing a supportive, inspiring, and enriching educational environment for all students to achieve academic success.”

Konrardy began his teaching career in Naples, Florida, in 2001 after earning a degree in Elementary/Middle School Education with a minor in Science. He later earned his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of West Florida.

Since joining Charlotte County Public Schools in 2006, Konrardy has served in a variety of instructional and leadership roles. He began as a science teacher at Lemon Bay High School, then advanced to Dean at L.A. Ainger Middle School. He later held Assistant Principal positions at both L.A. Ainger and Vineland Elementary. His broad experience across grade levels has provided him with a well-rounded perspective on student success and school leadership.

Superintendent of Schools Mark Vianello expressed confidence in Konrardy’s leadership, stating, “Mr. Konrardy has a heart for students and a genuine passion for helping schools thrive. His approachable style and commitment to building strong relationships make him a great fit for the Deep Creek community. I look forward to the continued success of the school under his leadership.”

Konrardy will officially begin his new role on June 4, 2025, in preparation for the 2025–2026 school year.
