CCPS Campuses Lead the Way in Energy Efficiency: The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognizes Charlotte High School, Deep Creek Elementary School, East Elementary School, L.A. Ainger Middle School, Meadow Park Elementary School, Myakka River Elementary School, Neil Armstrong Elementary School, Peace River Elementary School, Port Charlotte Middle School, and Sallie Jones Elementary School for demonstrating outstanding energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. Tarpon Talent Shines in Countywide “I Voted” Contest: Supervisor of Elections Leah Valenti recognized Savannah Massolio and Jade Cortes for winning the 2026 “I Voted” Sticker Contest.
