Baking & Pastry Arts

The Baking & Pastry Arts program includes but is not limited to the preparation, presentation, and serving of a wide variety of baked and dessert goods. Students earn ServSafe and prepare desserts and pastries for our Papa G’s family restaurant. Students earn advanced placement academic credit for this program.
