Mrs. Martin joined the Vineland family last year as a first grade teacher. This will be her 17th year of teaching! Mrs. Martin has previously taught 1st through 3rd grade at Memorial Elementary in Arcadia, Florida. Mrs. Martin graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. 

Mrs. Martin was born and raised in Indiana. "Go Hoosiers"! She has resided in Florida since 2006. She has been married for 13 years to her husband Adam. She has two cats named Eeyore and Celery. She loves curling up on the couch with a good book, doing Zumba, and spending time with her family and friends.

Personal Mission: It is my goal as an educator of young children to encourage them to take risks and enjoy the learning process. I want to foster an environment conducive to developing a growth mindset where every child pursues their personal best and develops a passion for learning.
