I will provide my students an environment full of positivity and rich academic experiences to build a foundation for my students to become lifelong learners. I will encourage, advocate, and support my students every step of the way as they grow into the best versions of themselves!
Ms. Mentzer's Class Mission Statement

We will always be Proud to LEAD and be Cougar Leaders for our peers, younger and older. We will Lead by example, Earn respect and respect others, Act responsibly, and Do our best.
How to Access Canvas for Virtual Classwork
If your child is absent from school due to potential exposure to COVID-19, they will be expected to complete their classwork virtually until they can return to school.
All of their classwork and materials are accessible in one place- CANVAS!
Here is how your child can log on:
- Have your child log on to ClassLink using their 8# and password.
- Click Canvas.
- Once your child accesses Canvas, they will see my courses! I have 4 courses:
- ELA with Ms. Mentzer :)
- Math with Ms. Mentzer :)
- Science with Ms. Mentzer :)
- Social Studies with Ms. Mentzer :)
- From here, students can click each course and they will see their weekly assignments under "Modules." They can also see any announcements I make as well!
