  Mr. D is a Graduate of the University of Miami and Program Director of the Criminal Justice/Police Operations program, 

A Retired Law Enforcement Officer and a 22 year  Certified Career and Tech instructor in Criminal Justice.

Mr D. is a active member of the National Partnership for Careers in Law, Public Safety, Corrections, And Security.  And is also a member of the National Technical Training Team for the National Partnership.
