• To register your child to attend Murdock Middle School, simply print the documents to the right, fill them out, and bring them with you to the front office of the school or email them to our school registrar,  Paula.Rakauskis@yourcharlotteschools.net.

    In addition, you will also need to bring proof of residency (such as a utility bill, vehicle registration), a birth certificate, and immunization records/physical. Our office staff will assist you if you have any questions.

    You can also pick up a copy of the forms or ask for them by calling 941-255-7525 x5203. Any registration questions, please contact the school registrar.
