What is a "Mini-Grant"?

  • Sallie Jones Elementary School teachers may submit requests for additional funding in the form of a mini-grant presented to the PTO Board. All requests are first submitted to the school’s bookkeeper at least one week prior to the next scheduled PTO Board meeting, and will be reviewed by the principal. Pending principal approval, summaries will be available here on the PTO Mini-Grants web page for public questions and comments before being voted on by the PTO membership. If the mini-grant is approved, approval will be posted here as well.
