Mrs. Daughenbaugh

Mary Daughenbaugh is a Pennsylvania native, but has called Florida home for 32 years.  She has taught at Vineland Elementary School for 30 years.   She previously taught 5th grade for 24 years, and has now been a third grade teacher for 6 years.  She and her husband have two sons, who both attended Vineland, and are now all grown up and married.  She has also recently become a grandmother to a beautiful baby girl.  

I will create a positive and productive classroom that promotes academic achievement, and inspires all students to become leaders.

Mrs. Finck

Mrs. Finck graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.  She later received her Master of Education in Reading from Governors State University.  She has previously taught pre-school, kindergarten, reading improvement for grades 2-5, 4th, and most recently 3rd grade.  She recently earned her ESOL endorsement.  This year will be her fourth year at Vineland Elementary.  Mrs. Finck and her family relocated to sunny Florida three years ago.

 

Personal Mission Statement: My mission is to create a safe and fun learning environment where all students can learn and will become life-long learners.  I hope to motivate my students to work hard to reach all their dreams!

Mrs. Negley

Mrs. Kimberly Negley, is a native of Florida, born in Key West.  She was raised in a military family and has traveled extensively.  She attended Arkansas Tech University, majoring in nursing.  Kimberly continued her education at the University of Arkansas when she changed her major and decided to become a teacher.  She worked at a university where she was able to take a vast array of educational courses during her spare time.  While there, she worked on her masters.  She has been teaching 26 years.  Kimberly is married and has two grown children.  Kimberly and her husband, Skip, enjoy sailing, gardening, and remodeling.

Mrs. Trullinger

Mrs. Trullinger has resided on the Cape Haze Peninula since she moved with her husband from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2003 where she taught 2 years of Kindergarten. Since then, Mrs. Trullinger has been a teacher in Charlotte County, FL for 18 year where she has taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. Mrs. Trullinger and her husband of 15 years have 4 children (Quadruplets, 3 girls and 1 boy) that attend Vineland Elementary and are in 5th grade this year. In her spare time, Mrs. Trullinger likes to spend time with her family, read, and relax at the beach.

Personal Mission Statement: I am a firm believer that all children can learn and that parents are a child's first teacher. Working together with parents, I will help to make my students caring, hard working, and positive members of our community.  I will do my best each day to give my students relevant knowledge, the courage to try new things, the curiosity to seek new, and the ability to be the best they can, all the while having the most fun possible.

Mrs. Paradis

Trish Paradis is a Pennsylvania native. She has lived in Florida for 15 years. Mrs. Paradis has taught for 23 years. The first half of her career was spent teaching middle school ESE students. Since moving to Florida, she has taught K, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. This is her 2nd year teaching at Vineland Elementary.  

Mrs. Paradis is married with two grown children. Angelique, 17, is a senior in high school. Tristen, 22, works with the family in their family business. The family business is a landscape and design business in Port Charlotte called The Tree Store. 

I will create a positive learning environment where students can thrive and meet their goals.
