I am in my 15th year of teaching.  I grew up in Plainfield, Indiana.  I have a BS in Audiology and Speech Sciences from Purdue University, BS in Elementary Education from Indiana University, and a Master's in Reading K-12 from Ball State University.  I reside in Cape Coral with my husband and 17 year old stepson.  I enjoy reading, boating/fishing, and going to the beach.  I have been teaching at Deep Creek Elementary since 2006.  I love being a teacher so I can pass my love of learning to the students!!
