Mental Health Assistance
The Bradman/UniPsych Companies offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that addresses many lifestyle situations and problems. All full-time CCPS employees and their dependents are covered by the EAP.
The EAP is a completely confidential service that allows CCPS employees and their families to receive counseling for problems not usually covered by group health plans. Licensed and insured EAP counselors will help supervisors, employees and family members deal with problematic job and personal situations. The EAP is separate from the Blue Cross/Blue Shield health plans. Typically, up to five visits are provided at no cost to the employee.
Bradman/UniPsych retains a program that maintains a national network of over 10,000 attorneys with an average of over 15 years experience in their respective areas of practice.
