CCPS HealthStat Clinic

Employees enrolled in one of our 3 insurance plans (PPO 1000, PPO 1500-HSA, PPO 3000-HSA), and their dependents 2 years of age and older, may utilize the clinic. Eligible users must call the clinic to make an appointment. There is no fee for appointments, or medications and labs dispensed/conducted at the clinic.

In the event you have to use an outside source to have lab work completed, please utilize LabCorp. You may schedule an appointment with LabCorp at https://www.labcorp.com/wps/portal/patient/appointment.
