Development Program for School Leaders
The WCG program is provided by the Department of Education in collaboration with state universities, consortia, and other partners. The program provides an extensive collection of web-based resources including learning modules, self-assessment tools, and planning resources accessible at:

Charlotte County encourages active participation in the WCG program for all school-based and appropriate district-based leaders.
